30L Vintage Wood Wine Barrel Dispenser for Beer Brandy Tequila Whiskey Rum Port

About this barrel

A beer barrel dispenser makes a backyard barbecue feel like an event. This new 30L vintage wood barrel is listed at $112.40 by an independent eBay seller. The listing names beer, brandy, tequila, whiskey, rum and port, so you can serve whatever suits the occasion.

Is a beer barrel dispenser good for parties?

At about 7.9 gallons, it holds plenty for a gathering. It also looks much better on a table than a plastic cooler jug.

• Soak it with water ahead of time so it's sealed tight on party day.
• Keep it in the shade, since both the oak and the drink do better somewhere cool.
• Check the photos for the tap height and whether a stand is included.
• Rinse it after the event and store it the way the seller recommends.
