30L Vintage Wood Wine Barrel Dispenser for Beer Brandy Tequila Whiskey Rum Port

About this barrel

Big gatherings need a big vessel. This 30L wood wine barrel dispenser holds close to eight gallons. The seller lists it for beer, brandy, tequila, whiskey, rum and port, and its vintage look suits a rustic bar or tasting room.

What should you check before filling a 30 liter barrel dispenser?

Make sure it's watertight. New oak needs a water soak so the staves expand and seal, and on a cask this size that can take a few days.

• Check the listing for the type of tap and whether a stand is included.
• Measure your counter or floor space, since a full 30L barrel is heavy.
• The listing doesn't give a char level, so ask the seller if you plan to age spirits.
• Large barrels age slowly and add a mellow oak flavor over time.

It's offered new by an independent eBay seller and covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
