5L Wine Barrel Bar Kitchen Wooden Whiskey Beer Aging Barrel with Base & Faucet

About this barrel

A 5L oak barrel with base and faucet doubles as an aging vessel and a serving piece, which is why it suits a home bar or kitchen counter. This new listing from an eBay seller is $38.49 and is pitched for wine, whiskey and beer.

Does a 5L oak barrel with a faucet leak?

New wooden barrels often seep until the staves swell. Fill with water and let it sit, checking the faucet joint too, before adding anything you want to keep.

• The base keeps the barrel steady and raises the faucet for pouring.
• Check that the faucet is snug after swelling the wood.
• Small size means oak flavor builds quickly, so sample often.
• Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
