c1910 Bowler Bros Brewery Wooden Beer Keg Barrel Worcester Mass Pre-Prohibition

About this barrel

For collectors of New England brewing history, a Bowler Bros Brewery beer keg from Worcester, Massachusetts, is a hard piece to pass up. This wooden oak keg is listed as c1910 and pre-Prohibition, offered by an independent eBay seller for $339.99 in used condition.

Why collect a Bowler Bros Brewery beer keg?

A pre-Prohibition beer keg connects directly to an era of local breweries that disappeared or changed. Markings, age and surviving condition all shape its appeal to collectors of breweriana.

• Look for brewery name stamps or labels in the photos.
• Ask the seller how the c1910 date was determined.
• Check for cracks, missing hoops or past repairs.
• Display it indoors, away from direct sun and heat, to protect old wood.

Treat it as a display piece rather than something to fill, and lean on the eBay Money Back Guarantee if it arrives not as described.
