Vintage 5" Wooden German Souvenir Keg w/ Hand Painted Flowers

About this barrel

Painted flowers wrap around this vintage German souvenir keg, a 5 inch wooden barrel that would brighten a curio cabinet or kitchen shelf. It's used, listed as oak and priced at $19.95.

Is a 5 inch hand-painted keg just decorative?

At this size, yes. Think of it as a keepsake. Its appeal is the hand-painted floral design, not storage.

• Paint: check the photos for flaking or touch-ups.
• Markings: see whether a town name, stamp or label shows where in Germany it came from.
• Wood: check the staves and hoops for gaps or rust.
• Display: pair it with steins or other travel souvenirs.

It's a charming find for collectors of German keepsakes and vintage barware, and it's covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
