Mini Whiskey Barrel Keg Whisky Cask 27 fl oz Alcohol Dispenser New in Box

About this barrel

Fill this mini whiskey barrel keg with your favorite bourbon and it becomes both a bar-top alcohol dispenser and a tiny aging cask. It's oak, holds 27 fl oz and is listed new in box for $19.99.

Why does a small whiskey cask age spirits faster?

Less liquid means more wood surface per ounce. In a barrel this size, changes that take years in a full-size cask can show up in weeks.

• Step one: soak it with water until the staves seal.
• Step two: fill it, then taste weekly so it doesn't get too oaky.
• Step three: drain and refill. Each new batch picks up flavor more slowly.
• Ask the seller: char level, stand and spigot details aren't stated.

A handy size for home bartenders who want to try aging without a big commitment. Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
