Will a miniature whiskey barrel dispenser change the taste?

Some, and quickly. With so little liquid against the oak, flavor builds fast, so taste after a few days.

• Ask the seller if it has been filled before. On first use it needs a water soak to swell the staves.
• The listing doesn't give a char level.
• Check the photos to confirm whether a tap and stand are included.
• It fits on a bar cart, mantel or office shelf.
