10L Barrel Cask Wooden Storager For Wine Brandy Whiskey Beer Dispenser Keg

About this barrel

If you've outgrown a mini cask, a 10 liter oak dispenser keg like this one is a natural next step. It's listed as new and described as a wooden storage barrel for brandy, whiskey, wine and beer. The dispenser setup lets you draw a glass without decanting.

Which drinks suit a 10L oak keg best?

Brandy and whiskey gain color and oak notes over weeks. Wine and beer are better kept short-term and served fresh.

• Swell the barrel with water before the first fill to help seal the staves.
• Keep it topped up, since an empty barrel can dry out and leak.
• The photos should show the spigot and cradle. Ask the seller if anything isn't clear.
• Store it away from heat and direct sun to slow evaporation.
