Small Oak Aging Barrel for Whiskey Bourbon Rum Tequila and More 2L

About this barrel

Want to try a reposado-style tequila or a softer rum at home? A small oak aging barrel like this 2L cask is built for that kind of experimenting, and it works just as well for whiskey and bourbon.

Which spirits work best in a 2L oak barrel?

Unaged or lightly aged spirits change the most: blanco tequila, white rum and new-make whiskey. An already-aged bourbon can also take a short finishing rest.

• Swell the barrel with water before you add spirit, and refill it if it sits empty.
• The title doesn't give a char level, so check the listing.
• Look for which accessories come with it, such as a stand or spigot.
• Sold new and covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Switch spirits between batches to build layered flavor over time.
