2L Charred American White Oak Bourbon Aging Barrel Dispenser B512

About this barrel

This 2L charred American white oak bourbon barrel is a compact way to give young whiskey or a store-bought bourbon more oak flavor and color right on your counter. It's listed as model B512 and sold as a dispenser, so you can age and serve from the same cask.

Why choose a charred 2 liter barrel for bourbon?

Small barrels have more wood surface per ounce of spirit, so flavor builds faster than in large casks. The charred interior adds the caramel and vanilla notes bourbon fans look for. Taste often so it doesn't get too woody.
