2L Charred American White Oak Bourbon Aging Barrel Dispenser B512

About this barrel

A mini bourbon aging barrel is one of the easiest ways to try barrel-aged Manhattans, Negronis or your own bourbon blend. This new B512 holds 2 liters, is made of charred American white oak and sells for $103.43.

What can you age in a small charred oak cask besides bourbon?

Rye, rum, tequila and batched cocktails all pick up color and toasty oak notes. A 2L barrel works fast, so taste often and bottle it when you like the flavor.

• Fill it with water for a few days before adding any spirit.
• Keep it filled between batches so the staves don't dry out.
• The title doesn't mention engraving or a stand. Check the photos if it's a gift.
• Keep it away from heat and direct sun to slow evaporation.
