NEW Thousand Oaks Barrel 1 Liter Whiskey Barrel Dispenser Aging Wood Bourbon

About this barrel

A Thousand Oaks Barrel 1 liter whiskey barrel works as an aging cask and a dispenser, and this one is listed new. It holds a little more than one standard bottle of bourbon, so you can experiment without tying up a lot of spirit.

How long should bourbon sit in a 1 liter whiskey barrel?

There's no fixed rule. A small cask has a lot of wood contact, so many people who age at home start tasting after about a week. Pull it when the oak, color and sweetness taste right to you.

• Fill it with water first. Small leaks usually close once the staves expand.
• Because it's a dispenser, you can pour straight from the barrel.
• The title doesn't give the char level, so check the listing description.
• Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
