2 Liter Premium American White Oak Aging Barrel - Customize for Whiskey, Wine, R

About this barrel

A 2 liter oak aging barrel is one of the quickest ways to experiment with homemade barrel-aged whiskey, wine or cocktails, and this new American white oak model is listed at $177.99 with customization options. Its mini size fits on a counter or bar cart.

How fast does a 2 liter oak aging barrel work?

Very fast compared to larger barrels, because so much liquid touches the wood. Taste every few days to avoid over-oaking.

• Fill it with water and let it swell before adding spirits.
• Ask what customization includes, such as engraving, text or a logo.
• Check the listing for char level and any included stand or spigot.
• Reuse it for rum, batched cocktails or vinegar once the oak mellows.

Swapping liquids lets one small barrel build layered flavor over time; just confirm the full specs in the listing first.
