Mini Whiskey Barrel Keg Whiskey Decanter 27 fl oz Alcohol Dispenser Dashing NEW

About this barrel

Pour bourbon straight from the wood with this mini whiskey barrel decanter, a 27 fl oz oak keg sold as new under the Dashing name. At $18.50, it's a low-cost way to try barrel finishing or dress up a home bar.

How do you prepare a new oak whiskey decanter?

Fill it with warm water and let it sit until any seeping stops, then drain it and add your spirit. This swells the staves so the barrel holds liquid tightly.

• A small barrel picks up flavor fast, so sample every few days.
• The char level isn't listed. Check the photos or message the seller.
• Look in the listing for which accessories come in the box, such as a stand or spigot.
• It works for rum, tequila or batched cocktails as well as whiskey.
