Crafted Oak Aging Barrel 2L with Stand - Ideal for Home Distillers & Mixologists

About this barrel

This 2L oak aging barrel with stand is for home distillers who want to rest their own spirits and for cocktail fans who want barrel-aged drinks. It's new and listed at $100.99. The stand means it's ready to set on a bar top.

Is a 2 liter barrel good for aging cocktails?

It's a popular size for that. A batch of Boulevardiers or Old Fashioneds can pick up oak flavor in a few weeks. The small size lets you try new recipes without using a lot of liquor.

• Fill it with water before the first use so the wood swells and seals.
• The title doesn't give the toast or char level. Check the description.
• Ask whether a spigot comes with it or is sold separately.
• Rinse it between very different recipes so old flavors don't carry over.
