2 Liter Oak Aging Barrel with Wood Stand, Bung & Spigot - Mini Whiskey Barrels f

About this barrel

This 2 liter oak aging barrel kit has everything you need to start: a wood stand to hold it, a bung to seal the top and a spigot for pouring. If you're shopping for mini whiskey barrels, two liters is a sweet spot. It holds a bit more than two and a half bottles.

Why choose a 2L mini whiskey barrel?

It ages faster than large casks but more gently than a 1L, so you have more control over the oak and vanilla notes.

• Before the first fill: soak it with warm water until the leaks stop, usually a day or more.
• Pouring: the spigot lets you taste without pulling the bung.
• Try: bourbon, rye, tequila, rum or a barrel-aged Manhattan.
• Check: the title doesn't state the char level or any engraving options.
