Mini 2 Liter Oak Barrel for Aging Whiskey & Cocktails - Gift for Enthusiasts

About this barrel

Barrel-aged Manhattans and Negronis at home start with a mini 2 liter oak barrel for aging whiskey and cocktails like this one. It's new, sized for small batches, and pitched by an independent eBay seller as a gift for enthusiasts at $112.25.

What can you age in a 2L oak barrel?

Whiskey, rum, tequila, or a premixed cocktail without citrus or dairy. Two liters is just under three standard bottles, and because so much wood touches so little liquid, flavor comes fast.

• Fill it with water first and let the wood swell until it holds.
• Taste weekly at first, since small barrels can overshoot.
• The title doesn't list a stand, bung or spigot, so check the photos.
• The char level isn't stated, so ask the seller if it matters to you.

A fun pick for anyone curious about barrel-aged drinks, and the eBay Money Back Guarantee applies.
