Which size mini oak whiskey barrel should I choose?

It depends on how patient you are and how much you want to make. A 1L cask can age a bottle in a few weeks, while 3L to 5L holds more and ages a little more slowly and gently. Check this listing's description for its capacity.

• Fill it with water to swell the wood before the first use.
• Look for the char level in the description, since it affects color and sweetness.
• Try aging a batch of Old Fashioneds or Manhattans.
• Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
