About this barrel

Dress up a home bar with this vintage wooden wine barrel dispenser keg, a decorative bar cask that comes with a stand and tap. It's listed as open box at $42.71. Open box usually means the item has been unpacked, so check the photos and seller notes for any wear.

Is this decorative wine barrel dispenser functional?

It has a tap, so it looks like it can pour, but the listing calls it decorative. Ask the seller whether it has held liquid, and test it with water first.
