Mini Oak Barrel 3L Aging Barrel Oak Wooden Keg Whiskey Dispenser Wood

About this barrel

Sitting between a 1L novelty barrel and a larger 5L cask, this 3L mini oak barrel is a compact aging keg for whiskey that can also act as a small dispenser on a bar cart. It is new and listed by an independent eBay seller for $25.00.

How quickly does a 3L mini oak barrel age whiskey?

Quickly. The high ratio of wood to liquid means noticeable color and flavor can appear in a short time, so sample often and bottle before it turns too woody.

• Fill with water first and wait for the staves to seal.
• About four standard 750ml bottles fill it, a practical batch size.
• Check the listing to see if a tap and stand come with it.
• Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

A nice gift for someone curious about home aging.
